		<description><![CDATA[Perhaps the Milk Marketing Board should be reinstated. The thought of playing one dairy off against another seemed appealing to some farmers. In its day, the MMB controlled the price paid to farmers (not enough, perhaps), the price of milk to the consumer, etc.
 However, with the rise of supermarket power, dairies are forced to cut prices and in turn cut prices to farmers. The only winners being the supermarkets.]]></description>
